ReleaseGreen

Terms of service

The terms for using ReleaseGreen.

Last updated 7 November 2026. These terms are between you (or the organization you represent) and Partech Systems Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ReleaseGreen you agree to them. If you are accepting for an organization, you confirm you can bind it.

The service

ReleaseGreen tracks what each of your apps needs to stay shippable on the stores and package managers you choose, runs automated checks and records your own attestations. It is guidance, not a guarantee: store and platform rules change, and a green status does not promise that Apple, Google, Microsoft or any other party will approve or keep listing your app. We review our checks regularly and show when each was last reviewed, but you remain responsible for your own releases.

Your account

Trial, price and billing

Your data

You own what you put in. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or delete your organization, at any time. We may use anonymous, aggregated counts to run and improve the service, but never anything that identifies you or your apps.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep ReleaseGreen running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or retire features. If we discontinue the service we will give you at least 60 days' notice and a way to take your data with you.

Ending things

You can stop using ReleaseGreen and delete your organization whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk, and where reasonable we will tell you first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we provide the service "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for anything arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep any mandatory rights you have where you live. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and email existing customers; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
